To place an order, send an email to orders@caninecatering.co.nz or phone us on 03) 354 0298. We currently do not have credit card or EFTPOS facilities, but we are working on this as an upgrade to our site.

You have the option of paying in cash when you pick up your order in Papanui OR we will issue you an invoice and you can pay us by direct bank credit.  We ship using standard Parcel Post.  This is an untracked service but does provide the best, economical rates for shipping. We have had only a few problems with lost parcels in the years we have been trading and all were resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. If you prefer a different service for shipping, we are happy to accommodate your request and will pass on the extra charges as part of your order.

Single bags can be posted for a total of $5.00 extra (shipping and handling).  It is more cost effective to buy two bags at once because the total shipping and handling fee is $6.00 extra.

We accept cheques only from established customers.

Yes! We send birthday cakes to Auckland via a refrigerated overnight delivery with Courier Post. The shipping cost for this is approximately $35.00 depending on the size of your order. There are limited shipping options for cakes to other destinations in New Zealand so if you are interested in a cake, please check with us.
