Pink salmon in a rye meal flour base with a little bit of lowfat cottage cheese combine to make a yummy, soft square. We add a little extra cod liver oil to aid skin condition.

These treats were made at the special request of a customer through the bake-to-order service. They proved so popular, I've made them a regular product.
These are a soft-textured treat in a small cake (see 50-cent piece in photo for scale). They are made with 100% minced NZ lamb, rice flour, linseed, egg, blackstrap molasses, rice bran oil, sage, kelp, brewer's yeast, thyme, parsley, garlic, rosemary and filtered Christchurch water.

We've adapted the recipe for our liver whips and substituted rye meal flour for the wheat intolerant dog. Very popular for training and as bait in the show ring. Each whip can be sliced very thinly (as shown in photo) making this treat a great value.
